This butterfly too seems to have claimed part of my yard as his territory. I have gotten a nice collection of images of it but these are my prefered because they show the underside of him and the colors and markings are just as striking as the more comonly seen top of wing pictures.. Almost wasn't going to post any images of it because they would have been a repeat of many other such beautifully taken pictures on here, of the top side of the wings.
