Scammell frameless tanker 1930

IF YOU LIKE THIS IMAGE PLEASE DO LEAVE A COMMENT.The Frameless Tanker was developed by Scammell to reduce unladen weight by having the tank double as a container and support for the load. This 1926 model was one of the first in the field in the bulk transport of fresh milk by road, before then a preserve of the railway companies. It took a long time but eventually road transport would take all the fresh milk traffic in Britain from the declining railway. This painting on A3 size heavyweight watercolour paper in acrylics is for sale at £500. Please remember this image is my property and protected by International copyright law.
