Shattered Doll

©Seth F.Weaver Sr. 03/30/10. The little girl that use to play with her and share secrets and dreams has grown up and has little girls of her own. The toy box where she once resided in splendor is now hidden in the remote reaches of the attic. Her face doesn’t have the beauty it use to when her little girl opened her box on that Christmas so long ago. Her bad little brother was scared of this doll because it stared at him all the time, so he took a hammer to her eye. She stares at him still and now he’s on medication. They have both become shattered dolls. A Compullage™ creation of two images with some freehand sketching included.
