dry marsh

sold.. this is a typical scene in the lowcountry when the tide is out,, and it's a cool early morning in the very late summer...the mist is just beginning to burn off.. the birds are busy chasing hermit crabs...it's going to be a good day..

This is just splendid Marisa...love your colors and perspective

Artist Reply: thanks.. i can't even begin to tell you how many times i changed this.. both the colors and perspective. but mostly the colors.. according to the time of day.. it was in the studio way too long,, and after i'd decided to call it "done",, it would call to me from the window ledge where it was drying.. saying,, " make it noon time.. make it noon time,, make it an overcast day..not a sunny day.. etc..'" I am glad to have it gone from the studio.. it was sold pretty quickly.. so i'm glad someone was happy with it.. hahahahah

a typical scene - well maybe - but expressed through your eyes and your bursh - extraordinary - oft, romantic and inviting

Artist Reply: Thanks Greg,, you're always so encouraging.. x
