this is a drawing of the construction empire state building in NYC nearing completion, worked with indian ink on burnt parchment paper. This series is about the construction of life and buildings. With buildings, you start small and grow with time, resources and man power. When the work is completed the buildings are used for the necessities of humans, humans that must work together to achieve greater lifestyle.
