The Old Gardener

©Seth F.Weaver,Sr. 09/02/08. A Compullage™ work. The little old gardener spent his whole life patiently working in his garden. Watering, pruning, spraying, and rejoicing at each new bud and bloom. When he lost a plant he truly mourned. Then the day came, when of all the flowers in his garden to die, it was his turn. He tenderly put down his watering can and slowly withered to the ground. People never found his body, but they say you can still see a little of him in everything he grows. Thanks for looking, Seth.

Nice work! Keep tending your garden, Dad. We don't want to see your plants dieing.

Artist Reply: Thank you my darling daughter for your comment. I see that you recognize the "gardener" Maxcine took this picture when I met her. Check out "Pacing in Cell Block C" and see if you recognize "Crowbar"?

Awesome picture, Seth. The surprise is: you're a writer as well.

Artist Reply: No Armando just a "clever rascal." Thank you so much for this great comment, my friend.
