Susan Butcher Sled Dogs for Ididerod Race, Alaska

Susan Butcher was the well known Ididerod champ a few consecutive years. She was the only woman to win the Ididerod. At the time I took this photo, Susan Butcher was in a Seattle, WA hospital fighting for her life, and her husband was with her. I am sad to say that she lost her battle with cancer.

Very nice and so sad! My cousins live in Seattle! A picture truly is worth a thousand words! This is a great photo and what a beautiful place!
