O/C "Coal Miner's Daughter" This lonely little 'street urchin' was added as an afterthought. In fact, this whole painting was sort of an afterthought! One thing lead to another. This little girl may have been abandoned...don't we all feel like that some of the time?

Powerful painting. It could be a statement.

Artist Reply: The sad child within. Art is a wonderful way to express the unexpressable. Thanks, again. :)

Excellent work, Eve! Long time ago I translated the English dialogue of the movie into Hebrew subtitles.

Artist Reply: No kidding! Translating that particular movie, the southern slang and all, must have been quite the challenge!
