Daddy's Girl

a portrait of my brother and his daughter, i did a while ago.unfortunetly it got accidentaly torn, if anyone as any ideas or knows how to fix a canvas tare, i would very much appreciate it. painted on canvas, using acrylics.

You are very talented. Oh, the torn canvas... Once I fixed a painting with white bathroom caulk, it worked well, but I had to repaint some. Bathroom caulk can be smoothed completely down like nothing was ever there. To make completely smooth, rub with finger and saliva instead of water.

Hi Kevin, awesome portrait! Regarding the torn canvas: you may want to try a fabric glue and a tweezers for this matter, working on the opposite side of the canvas. Lie it flat (if the paint is completely dry) - pull the torn treads out ( if any) and then apply your safe adhesive. When dry - place some press on it. It might work :)
