The S. S. Turtle rounds Penguin Point on its way home to the Toad & Tart Marina. The Turtle was on an extended voyage to some of the farthest islands on Tara Dementia exploring and cataloging the flora and fauna. Captain Steven “Sparky” Langhamlet was able to chart many of the most far flung islands for future tourist excursions. Tara Dementia’s tourist industry has grown exponentially since the Barbarity System joined the IPUP after the great “melt down” after the demise of Queen Oh Negative and her Whisties followers.
The Tara Dementia tourist board has been able to build a steady tourist trade by keeping technology off the planet the 3 orbiting space platforms are where IPUP citizens come then are shuttled down without any of the modern conveniences. The tourist board has been trying to build other tourist locations throughout the planet to accommodate the ever increasing influx of tourists that crave for simpler times.
