My aim was to make a 10 minute docu-graphic film to establish the concept and need of Community multimedia centers. A Community multimedia center or a CMC combines old and new information and communication technologies, under some form of community ownership with the aim to serve as a communication and information platform for the community. This film attempts to get across the concept for which Unesco's CMC project stands for i.e. to empower the community with Information tools to develop the community itself in a way that is most visual and relatable to a lay person.
