I love the way you use text in your abstracts and the limited use - controled use of colour. Great style.
Artist Reply: I like using both letters and numbers in a random way... as mere design elements. But strange things happen along the way. Once I did a piece with a huge K and the numbers 02. My niece Katie graduated in 02 and she loved the piece so I gave it to her. Funny how it worked out... PERFECTLY.
Artist Reply: I've added two more from the series... in July I'll add the fourth and final one in the series and then start on a NEW series of gray paintings. Turns out.. I like gray.
