Java Rice Bird on Mimosa Branch

This is a Java Rice Bird perched on a Mimosa branch. They are a charming little bird that used to be common in the pet industry. I have always enjoyed watching them, because they seem so exotic. Drawn on a Petal Inclusion paper, the surface is still acid free, but has bits and peices of real flowers and plants added to the body of the paper.
