Earth Tones

Here is the cover of the irst book I made. Sorry about the blue line running across this image and the other one. The scanner did that. This cover is simpler and less colourful than the other but still I like it. Perhaps I could have used a fourth photograph as a background. Maybe next time...

This is extraordinary work I love the subtle earth tones reflecting the intent of the author's beautiful imagery of a beautiful variety of the color palette of the earth. Your images blend beautifully with a mix of striking and soft tones that have an oriental affect given the elegant simplicity and a great composition. The book looks like a great find and the author was fortunate to have you design the cover of this book. It stands alone as a fine piece and often less is more as in this piece given its elegant simplicity reflecting the style of oriental artistry. The three images are great and I think if you added another it would distract the viewer from the impact of the abstract photos that with its more subtle hues have a wonderful understated impact.
