Sometimes you just know,
when something is right...
I had that feeling
while creating
"STRINGS"
I love to work with the batik method to outline the abstract shapes. The white lines enhance the colors and provide that extra bold dimension.
Before matting the painting, I glued -
with a special collage medium the
music on.
(The medium will conserve the
music paper and will not yellow it
later.)
Then I matted good quality thick
matting on the watercolor.
As final touch musical notes (Czerny)
are also glued ON the
matting which gives it that depth
feeling.
I framed this watercolor in a simple
black wooden gallery frame, ready to
go for the next exhibit!
