I'm curious, is that a skull and cross bones on the back of that policeman helmet and if so ..why?

Artist Reply: YOU ARE RIGHT, IT IS A SKULL AND CROSS BONES, I RENTED A BIKE WAS RIDING AROUND AND HEARD A COMMOTION, SO I HEADED THAT WAY AND THIS IS WHAT I FOUND.
