This image depicts the way some women can become shy and withdrawn after a masectomy. At first glance we see her as sexy or sensuous, while she's obviously wanting to hide away. It is that tendency that makes us take a second look at her image to notice that she's missing something. She's focused upon what has been removed, and we focus on the total package.
