The doors to No.3 shop

This ia an impression of the view from inside the big hall at the shipyard where I worked...the hall was huge and used for making ship's funnels and the like..it was so dark, the gloom punctuated with the flash of welding torches. Eveything seemed larger than life...hence the colours. There's a bit of collage and a lot of acrylic being scrubbed about on the board. It's about A3 in size.

This is wonderful! Very 'dark satanic mills' I can see the molten heat glowing out of the gloom and the arcing lights of the welding torches. Great abstract suffused with wonderful colours. Brilliant artwork!
