SF Architectural Rendering

Painted in Watercolor for an Architectural firm in San Francisco over two decades ago. Given blueprints of the proposed residence and driven to the actual location to photograph the background vista. Returned to the studio to render this in watercolor on a Hot Press Illustration board. Pencil sketch was first approved by client. Then the final artwork was photographed for presentation.
