Jesus Forgives Nuns For Swiping His Meatballs

Its the annual spaghetti dinner at the Holy Cross church and although Jesus hasn't eaten since his last supper, these greedy nuns are trying to swipe his meatballs. But being the great guy that he is, he has already forgiven them. 18x24"acrylics on canvas board.

How beautifully irreverent and bordering on the contraversial! It really made us laugh! Very skilfully painted too. IAs for the concept, I thinkl that sometimes people forget that Christ was a human being. He drew blood, broke bread and wind just like he rest of us!!! Fantastic!!

I love the religious humor and thinly veiled #@&ual allusions. Why should religion be so dry and boring. Good cartoon-like quality. Thanks for your comments.

Artist Reply: Thank you! But no #@& intended...just a couple of hungry sisters.
