This is an original watercolor of giraffes I saw at the Living Desert Zoo in Palm Desert CA. They are so much fun to watch especially when there is an audience. I tried to capture their free-spirit--this is one of my favorite paintings!! I used the foliage technique, and then inserted the giraffes to create the composition.
