Wonderful Find,in nature,so colourful & fantastic design.,growing low to the ground & kind of a broadleaf Fungus.,,These mushrooms are so complicated in our ECO ,system are they plants,or Animals,,,well believe it or not there makeup in cells ,& as pathogens they have characterists of that,it amazes me ,how my friends who are experts in picking mushrooms ,show me some of the edible ones,some if you look at them you'd say no way would I eat them,,but throwing these one celled,,,,,,,,,,,into a frypan,with Butter ,I can't believe the delicious taste to them,,,,,I guess no worse then,,,,escargot or roasted frogs legs.Marie,I enjoy the photos of Fungi you share with us as I can relate to these living in a similar area,where these mushrooms / Fungi thrive in the right condition,perfect soil,perfect sunlight & Darkness & perfect moisture conditions,then they will grow & attach to anything,spreading there Spores.Wonderful find,looking forward to your next.
