The Return of Autumn

This is another acrylic painting in the series I’m doing during this coronavirus pandemic. I’m trying to keep my skills up because working during the summer time is physically challenging and that makes painting with oils very difficult for me. I live in Colorado and the scene is inspired by the beauty that surrounds me. In our little town we have the Gunnison river that runs into the blue mesa reservoir. A wonderful place to live.
