The Ibis is a social bird and usually (most often) found in colonies of other ibis and derives his safety and socializing from this flock especially when younger but after reaching maturity and selecting a mate when take out and venture off in pairs and join other groups far from their original group. They are passive and non-territorial; beautiful white with red beak, reddish-pink legs, blue eyes and black tips to their wings. They fly in formation when in groups.
