This Snowy Egret fishes in a silence along the rocks at the Jetty in New Smyrna Beach, Fl. It was around noon July 2, and I really hadn't meant to shoot anything but I just could help myself because the longer I stood there the more this beauty creature hung around and performed for me. Once they become accustomed to seeing you with your camera they are not shy. This is printed with a warm filter to tone down the starkness of the highlights at high noon in the hot Florida sun.
