I have my routines & this one is for Thursday lunch. A BLT was my 1st choice but the lady in her small sandwich shop said she was out of bacon. When pastrami on rye was chosen, she asked if wheat was OK instead & I liked it enough to make it a Thursday sandwich for the last 3 years.
