The forecast for this winter is very cold with lots of snow – the Beast from the East 2 they’re calling it. It’s a pain on the roads but makes for great paintings. I’m looking forward to traipsing around the local parks in my wellies covered in snow with camera in hand. I’ve always been attracted to bleak winter landscapes rather than the bright summer ones. Don’t think we’re going to get a white Christmas, 9°C due on the big day with temperatures rising if anything.
