The Louisiana Tiger Rifle depicted here is one of many in the collection I have completed, focusing mainly on the wide range of unique uniforms that some regiments chose to wear at the begining of the civil war. As the war raged on many of the, somewhat elaborate, uniforms had been replaced by the more recognised Blue and Grey, due mainly to the shortage of materials etc.
