Award-winning painting. Entered in Orlando Museum of Art's First Thursdays Art Competition, "My Favorite Artist. Artists task was to reproduce their favorite art master's work. I chose Vermeer's Girl With the Pearl Earring. Received a call after I entered the painting from contest officials asking that I create another artwork, this one, to compliment Vermeer's work.
