Original Print by Will Refuse and enhanced and framed with a 3D technique. Similar in manner to Paper Tole but using alternate materials and a solid layer on 3D vs many layers. The edges are hand painted to blend seamlessly with the original piece. It is Framed, mated and installed with glass. This piece is for Sale. Please see the Close Up for pricing. :)
