I did this piece last year. I havent been on this site in a very long time. Thought I'd come back a start posting. Before anyone says anything, Yes, it is Leo. His headband was originally red in the comic books. All the turtles headbands were red. They used different colors in the tv show to help kids distinguish the turtles from one another.
