Fire pigs are becoming a bit of a problem in the southern states and have recently moved north of their usual territory into snow covered winter states such as Minnesota and Wisconsin. The cold weather has virtually no effect on them and they roam at will singeing crops and livestock everywhere. If you are able to catch one though, they are truly smoked ham at it's best!
