From a long forgotten shore old boats wait and wait, for a journey that will never come. They are old the hands of time having stripped them of their sea worthiness long ago. Still they wait. In the shadow of the lighthouse that once guided them. The see and sun slowly erasing the fishing boats of old, turning them to memories. The rocky shore one day will be empty, but for now the boats wait. Original watercolor on paper.
