Another look at the coloration of the Reddish Egret that I posted earlier. See how perfect his coloration blends into the background of the rocks he fishes and the small percentage of red on his body. This is a male in full mating coloration the females still have less red but have some especially around the head area. They are beautiful wading and fishing birds.
