Ducks Wildlife Art Australian Birds Susan Willemse

Did you know that some Ducks nest in hollow trees and they can often be seen silhouetted against the sky? The process of creating Ducks can be seen on my FB page at https://www.facebook.com/artaustralianbirds/ and one duck that flapped her wings so eloquently posing for our photography that inspired this painting can also been seen here and on my Twitter account. Close up facial details can be seen on Instagram. This is one of my largest works requiring a little time and two easels to paint, it was my first artwork to be released in 2018 and later was shown in the BARK CONTEMPORARY ART EXHIBITION in Gold Creek Station, Hall. This artwork is Framed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, photographs referenced were taken by husband and wife avian photographers Steven and Susan Willemse, Canberra, Australia and this artwork can be seen online at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTWWlCITHOM in our Australian birds art Gallery.
