This is a picture I drew about 4 years ago, as a sample. It is a Russian Blue cat with an amazingly beautiful coat, I used a bronze pencil for most of the fur which gives a different effect. The great thing about picking my own images to draw is that I can ignore tiny or distant photos, which certainly isn't the case when doing commissions. Caran D'Ache supracolor soft pencils on heavy paper. 16"x12"

a favourit anikal of mine done fantastically well,there is a story in the eyes.
