Photo taken January,19,08 in Ayalon Forest. Today is Tu B'Shavat in Israel. It is the " New Year for Trees ".Birthday for trees and plants, kind of celebration for nature. We are just beginning to see the daffodils peek above the grass. Spring comes early in Louisiana, too. But we don't have a festival for new plants, just Mardi Gras. And that's a whole different idea.Penny Myers 26 Jan 2008
