Barbara..When I look at A picture...I go by WHAT I FEEL in the picture. By golly this one just feels SOOO good! I LOVE it!

Artist Reply: glad you like it joanne, it's certainly one of those moments in time when everything fell into place while painting it...

How lovey...the minute I saw it I felt... Peace!!! Strange. But wonderful work...I just dropped in to see what condition your condition was in...Sorry I misssed this one. It is truly lovely. I hope all is well with you . Just wanted to say I am thinking of you. Lots of Love CB

Artist Reply: yeah this tree does give peace. it is outside my childhood home and a view from my bedroom window. growing up with this tree has been a journey. it was a small twig at start, now a strong and sheltering PONDEROSA in full. this winter in the pic was right after a divorce. somehow the tree gave me strength and YES calm as you saw as well. always good to hear from my sister in ART. i always think of you as well... with love and in HIS name -- barbara
Artist Reply: Hello! another great comment from CB... i like the song you sing between the lines of your comment. this one was painted long ago, and addressed a sad but good time for me. yeah it does give peace the tree that is. still there and growing outside my parents house. thank you friend!

Beautifully done!! The detail is great!

Artist Reply: yeah painstakenly done -- was great therapy at the time it was painted. now it's a reflection of a challenging time passed with the strength of a rooted tree....
