Original Post: Call for Art: Lummis Day

LUMMIS DAY CALL FOR ART: This year's theme is "LIVE: verb, adjective, adverb."

Open to interpretation, LIVE asks artists to interpret either the verb, adjective or adverb definition of the word.

This curated exhibition is open to artists of all media. First preference will be given to Northeast area artists or artists with a connection to Northeast Los Angeles.

Art will be exhibited outside in the garden of Lummis Home.

Submission Deadline: May 5, 2010

Notification by email only, May 10th.

Personal canopies or market umbrellas are strongly encouraged.

$20 submission fee, 20% of sales returned to Lummis Day organization. Send 6 images, bio/statement plus paypal receipt/transaction number to [email protected]
