Hi Judy.. a suggestion, since you do animals. Take a picture of two of your works to the local vet and ask him if you can advertise for commissions! Does give you some work here and there!!! Regads Trixi

Hello,
I'm new to this website and wanted to say hello. From Boston, I'm 56 and have always been artistic but never really painted. After being laid off almost two years ago, I decided to try painting to pay the bills. I've had two artshows, sold three paintings and still can't pay the bills. Lol. I work in watercolors and never having been taught to paint, I tend to just recreate what I see. I've recently tried to step out if my comfort zone and try things from my imagination.
I also design gowns and quilt. I hope you like my work.
