Hey, everybody! My life is so different now since I have I left you guys. I'm now taking an Illustration Class and now attempting to paint again with a new medium called gouache. Here is my first painting with the medium. I'm also taking something way out of the norm. I'm actually taking Modern Dance. Weird, but true. Me in a dance studio is like a bunny in a dog pound. It just doesn't make any sense, but I wanted to learn to dance. I'm also taking acting. Acting is not really foreign to me because I went to an audition once and they did except me, but my head shots weren't right. This was the greatest thing to ever happen to me, but I didn't have the money to get better head shots. I'm also teaching myself how to play the violin. I always wanted to learn ever since I was a child and now I got to do it. Now, you might see me at Carnegie Hall. See you later everybody and God bless!

Blog Entry - November 26, 2012

Hey everyone! I have lots of things to say this day. Yes, I did it again. I ate like a total pig for Thanksgiving. Who cares about the extra poundage. As long as I'm not a model, I'll be ok. We will all be ok. The whole world will be ok. Overally dramatic,eh?
Well, I started on a new venture. I started singing and playing again and it feels great (as you can see from the recent art uploads). I feel that I can do more singing and writing-wise that I couldn't really do in art. The meaning of a piece is all about what the viewer sees. If I'm not spelling it out in words, the viewer won't really get what I was trying to say. This is a problem that I have been struggling with for years. I always got the wrong meaning when I was looking at someone else's art, so I learned just to keep quiet. It helps with not embarrassing myself in front of people, I've done that a lot in class. What can I say? You never know what the other person is thinking.
My mind has been somewhere else these days. I haven't really been myself for years. I slave away for 3 months on a piece and I get comments and that's a great thing, don't get me wrong. But am I really doing the right thing? I love how the piece turns out, but I'm not really happy while I'm doing it. I can't wait until the piece is done. When I sing or play guitar, I forget about the time and it seems that it only has been a minute since I first started the note. Then I feel the pain in my fingers and then I know that it has been too much. I don't know if that is normal or not, but that's how I've been feeling. The drive isn't there anymore for visual art. That's why I haven't been pushing lately.
I'll try my hand with music, the very gift that God has given to me.
If you want a laugh, here it is. Here's me when I get old and fat. Have a nice day and may God bless you all for reading and watching my art.

Well, Jessica Lynn is at it again and now she has changed her style. We would like to call this her,"Illustrated Abstract Period". If you ever wondered about the enigmatic artist named, Jessica Lynn (JLynn for short), then wonder no more. "Visions of an Artist in Turbulence", is a brand new art series that shows what the artist really feels at times of her life. The most telling to date. She will show you some things she has gone through not as an artist, but as a human being. Come see the artist at her most expressive yet! You might be surprised.

Well, everything is a bet hectic in the studio. There are two video projects in the works and we might be adding instructional videos to our Youtube channel. We are also trying to make a more higher definition to all of the art within the portfolio, so that the prints could be of higher quality than before. A new artwork is being done and it's all in ink. Here's a picture on how it is coming along! May God bless you all. Over and out.

Hey, everybody! I bet all of you are recovering from the bad nerves. You know, from the loud and monsterous fireworks. They were really loud around the JLynn Art studio. I can't even hardly type these words because my hands are shaking so much, just kidding. We have a new artpiece up and boy was it a doosy to make. It took the artist Jessica Lynn (JLynn) almost 3 months and it is the most detailed watercolor piece to date. The piece is called, "Monkeying Around" and we have a special surprise in store for everyone regarding this particular piece, but it is a surprise so we can't tell you anything.
Hope you all had a happy 4th! May God bless you and keep you all.

We're baaack and here to let you know that we can really shake it down. We have two new videos up on our Youtube channel. Check us out at, "JLynn Art1" to see all our promotional videos. We are all getting ready for July 4th right? Well, these videos are just the remedy for those unpatriotic blues and blahs. We are in celebration of the birth of our country. A country that is the hope of trillions even quadrillion of people, due to our gift of freedom. The gift of freedom has been bestowed upon us by our Creator of heaven and earth, not as a privilage, but as a gift. The greatest gift that can be bestowed onto a human being. We can practice any religion that we want, we can also go anywhere (except if it's some kind of bio hazard company or a place that has a guard dog with rabis guarding it), yes, we can go anywhere we want. We can say whatever we want to say and express our opinion as freely as we want. What a great country we live in. I believe that we must excercise our rights as citizens and inhabitants of this special country of ours that is the United States, but with responsibility. We don't want to hurt anyone or mame anyone. Do you know what I mean? Yes, we can even mame people with our words. Let's just be kind to one another. Thank you everyone for reading this blog and may God bless America and may God bless you all. Let their be peace in Jerusalem.

Good day, everyone. We hope this day finds you well. Jessica Lynn's new artpiece is coming along. We are working on some extra projects for the upcoming season. They are still in their planning stages, but we promise that they are extra special. We're bringing in art tips of all types of art into JLynn Art and we're are now celebrating the birthdays of the artists that has so inspired us. We are also bringing back the artist's quotes, so you'll not only know their art, but what they have said. Don't forget, we are celebrating Father's Day everyday until Father's Day so it's not too late to buy some products from JLynn Art for the special day. God bless you all. Over and out.
