I am more outspoken. I was depressed and it manifested itself by sitting drawing tiny squares, circles, rectangles on a tiny tablet. I chose bright colors and someone suggested adding more interest by altering the elements. I experimented with rubbing out, etc. I added the "B" for being. Each shape is coming into being.
