There are only 2 of the loves in my life. My Momma dog Kita age 7 and my 3 year old evil kitty Misha AKA Punumpkin.
Kita raised Punumpkin and you can see just how much they love each other. These are some of the best times for me to see them like this and not so rare that I was able to capture it to share with all of you. I have more and will be sharing them as well on my website as I can clearly post more there. I hope you enjoy them. I have 3 other dogs, a parrot, 4 turtles and another 2 kitties and 1 little dog living here in the house. I would love to show them off to all of you.

Inside the middle of the Gaylord Palms Resort Hotel there are these wonderful walkways full of things to see. Many of these caves made from real Florida lime stone. Koi ponds all over the place and water falls as well as wild life. Huge cat fish, arowanna and other species like reptilian alligators and turtles all live in the resort to. Real orchids grow wild on the side walls of these huge limestone rocks which make these mammoth caves. All this is under a dome so no matter what the weather is outside, it is always nice and dry on the inside. It was also nice and cool and not like what you would expect from typical Florida warm weather.

December 24th at Orlando Florida's Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Centre. They have a show called ice where they bring in carvers from China to carve 18,000 SF of ice. Florida's fridge as they call it is created and the temperature in there in 9 degrees. The place lends heavy jackets just in case and they warn about the use of cameras in that low of temperature. I have some images of Ice I will be putting up on my web site soon. Anyway this is me!

I made a little removable purse like bottle to match her pretty flower ruffle lined diaper. Wings made are iridescent like stained glass. I even made a little Fairy's 101 handbook from clay baby pastel pages from post it notes and some mat board. The book is a working book that will carefully open and close revealing each and every pages that has been bound within using the traditional method of binding for hardback books but rather omitting the use of threads and glues to mat board for rigidness and durability using the finest in adhesives for binding paper to clay. The clay was baked onto the mat board. A ribbon was added with tiny fairy stars as a bookmark that is removable however though it is not recommended as its be placed on a page within the book that I myself have signed as the cre8tor .

The tiara was handmade by me as well using tiny handmade paper flowers and curled satin baby thin ribbons in coordinating colors affixed over a brass wire tiara.hand created with love for the little fairy baby I cre8ted from just a bit of polymer clay over a wire armature. Since she is a baby fairy she has not quite learned to fly, so she comes equipped with her hanger so she can get practice from time to time.

More of my whimsy babies and my 2nd miniature felt bear using another one of my self made patterns and coloring the features in. I did not like the way his body turned out, the pattern will be come my first made cricket. The dime represents the scale of these miniatures. The Raggedy Ann doll in back left of image was created with the salt dough clay way back in the day and it is now in need or repair. I hope to share more of my new creations next month, and I also wish to expand into selling some on ebay.

Sculpted of Super Sculpey these miniatures babies are sure fun to have out on display. They are a bit in need of some repair like on the little ones bow on her head but they are still as cute as they were when I first created them years ago. They are a reminder of how my sculpting skills and style and has changed over the years. I no longer do whimsy type babies, but instead I aim towards a more realistic baby. These are truly One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) originals. I love them, don't you?

The teddy bear is the 1st of I hope many more I would love to create. He is fully poseable with string jointed parts, black onyx bead eyes and a sewn on nose and features. He is 3 1/2 inches tall when standing. He was made by a pattern I created myself. The clay babies are all quite small as well as you can see from the quarter in the image with them.©Andrea Renee Herrera 1988-2006
