download hi-res for premium members

I am a premium member, and was at he time all my gallery pics were uploaded...

I uploaded hi-res pictures in all cases, though ddn't always offer the print for sale. Now, even hough the item is for sale, the only download is very low-res. Does anyone know if the hi-res versions originally uploaded are still somewhere at at AW and available for download?

AW staff has had my query on this mater for several days now, but hasn't answered.

PS, surely AW is aware of the right-mouse disabling inappropriately for spell-checking - is his ever going to be fixed?

Sidney - You were a Premium Member for a long time, but you requested a downgrade back on Jan 4th, 2011. By downgrading, we removed all of the original high-resolution images and only kept the low-res files. You have been a free member for several years and so we have not kept any of the highres images you are requesting. It looks like you upgraded your account again on Sept 20th, but this does not bring back the original highres images that were previously deleted with your downgrade. Any new images you upload will be stored in the original resolution you upload to us for as long as you stay a Premium member.
