I used to work as a graphic artist in printing. Doing circular pieces was always a challenge. Your image is fairly static, except for the blue in the center that seems to move. The graduated parts are well done and very regular. The font you used is not too exciting but entirely readable. Makes me think of a corporate CEO becoming a hippy. If you made the graduated parts irregular, maybe added a warm color to it and played with different fonts, you might like it better.
