Some artists actually take a ruler to make sure the eyeballs are in line with each other. Her eye socket might be that crooked but the eyeball is going to match the other one. She has no chin. No ears. The hat is not on her head. But the general shape of the face, the hair & the clothes are spot on.

Thank you, was my first actually pen and ink portrait, couldn't get the ears done because the hair was in the way, will be trying another one very soon

Don't be afraid to blend the hat with the head. The round line you created between the two areas is factual, but it has a tendency to create a sliced image. I would also try experimenting with charcoal. It may help you with creating more gradual contrast versus extreme black and white. Keep up the good work!
