That's quite nice. All done with hatch marks - nice shading. Good anatomy. Lovely girl. I might have moved that seam over to the right to keep it from looking like she's twisting her neck too far. I understand the clothing and I know you drew what you saw, but that's where the artist's license comes in. Good work.

I agree with all above. EXCEPT for some strange reason the head doesn't look like it's attached to the neck.

It looks like one of those bobble-heads!

The detail in the face... Beautiful that is where you spent your time. There are three things that took a while to recognize as a little off. The hair a little flat some subtle volume would be nice, the hair part is not in perspective to the face and the collar is a bit two ridged a few waves / creases would give softness to the piece. Again beautiful face and I think many wish they could draw like you. Me included:)
