Problem With Print Sales

I know this has been posted in this forum before, but someone I know told me they bought a few prints of my work on this site and it hasn't shown up yet. They have already gotten a receipt from you and payment has been processed. Its been 3 days since the purchase, they purchased the prints on Friday. I tried contacting you personally through your contact form but got a message saying that " Questions are no longer accepted please go to this page" if I click the link, it says the page does not exist. So I figured this would be the best place to ask my question. Is there a reason it hasn't shown up yet? Thanks.

Got the email this morning, and it finally showed up on Print Sales. Thanks. I just got a little worried when it went over the 24-48 hours.

Abbigail - Thanks for the note. Yes, it normally takes a few days for the payment to be confirmed, the order placed and notice sent to the artist. It's all automated, but the order has to get to a specific point in our process, before it's shown to the artist as a verified sale.

Can you please send us a link to the page that says questions are not welcome? We always welcome questions and we need to change the wording if this type of message is anywhere on our website. Thanks

Sure, I attached an image showing it.I was a little off on my memory of what it said, it says "Support message not Accepted". I get this after I click Contact Us on the bottom of the page, then try to send an email with Question marked, the first message is what pops up and if I click the link I get the second message. I think maybe its just a broken link? Thanks very much for the reply.
