Display your manhole covers!

I posted the enclosed manhole cover from Washington DC today, and in further discussion with Trixi and Stefani, we would like you all to join us in posting Manhole covers from all over the world! We walk over them every day and at first glance they appear to be the same but they are all different and we want to see them! Jerry Carlin

Im game, Jerry!!! I think our idea is going to be interesting. And heck, who knows....we might be ending up doing a book or developing a system to identify where you are at, by the manholes :-)))

Here is another one from Washington DC. Soon I will find a local one from Oregon! Please post one from wherever you live! It would be fun to see a thousand different ones! Art we step on but never see.

Looks like Nuremberg, Germany, has similar ones to my town, but there IS a slight difference.

I see it, Trixi, lots of difference! Keep walking and looking down! There must be others out there???
