multiple upload

After trying to upload files for print program and often getting "page cannot be found" after about twenty minutes of it sitting like it's uploading I have now tried ONE file at a time with the multiple file upload - after it shows some progress I come back to find, in the little box: An error occurred while uploading, some files may have been transferred - nothing else.

It sounds like you are on a dialup, because it shouldn't take that long if you have a highspeed connection.

If you continue to have problems, you can just e-mail us the CD and we can post it for you.

I'm having the same problem. I wait and wait as it seems to be uploading, then nothing uploads. My original image uploaded fine, of course it was a low rez, not for printing, but then I tried to upload the image for print which is about 600 rez and it starts but never finishes uploading! What gives?? Its very frustrating!!!!!

I went to upload some images today--and it's not doing multiples. It tells you to press the add files button--but no such button is displayed. I've been uploading multiples for a few years now and not had this problem before.
